Big Vibes will arrange the pickup from the original delivery location.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for eligibility. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a store credit, as determined by Big Vibes.
